1. The service

LaunchLens provides independent website-conversion analysis, prioritized findings, copy suggestions, and implementation guidance according to the plan selected at checkout. Deliverables are advisory and based on the public pages, materials, and goals available when the review is performed.

2. Orders and payment

Prices and scope are displayed before purchase. Card and supported digital-wallet payments are processed by Stripe. USDC payments must use the network and wallet shown by LaunchLens; transfers sent to the wrong address or network may be unrecoverable. An order enters production only after payment is verified.

3. Delivery

Signal is normally delivered within 48 hours after verified payment and receipt of sufficient information. Other plans follow the delivery estimate shown during ordering or confirmed by email. If access, clarification, or customer materials are missing, the delivery period pauses until the information is available.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide a website you own, operate, or are authorized to have reviewed.
• Provide accurate contact, payment, and project information.
• Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, payment-card numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
• Review recommendations before implementing them and ensure your business complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Revisions, cancellation, and refunds

Included revisions are limited to the plan description. If you request cancellation before production begins, contact us promptly. Once individualized analysis has started or a report has been delivered, refunds may be limited because the service has already been performed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If LaunchLens cannot deliver the purchased service, we will offer a remedy such as re-performance, credit, or refund as appropriate.

6. No guarantee of results

Conversion performance depends on traffic quality, offer strength, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. LaunchLens does not guarantee a specific conversion rate, revenue increase, ranking, funding outcome, or business result. Findings are professional recommendations, not legal, tax, investment, or regulated financial advice.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

You retain ownership of your website and materials. After full payment, you may use the delivered report and custom copy within your organization and its client work where applicable. LaunchLens retains its methods, templates, scoring models, brand assets, and general know-how. Neither party may misuse the other party's name, trademarks, or confidential information.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaunchLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, platform decisions, or changes made without appropriate testing. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchLens to facilitate unlawful activity, deception, harassment, infringement, malware, weapons sales, political manipulation, gambling, adult services, consumer-credit targeting, or medical-treatment claims. We may decline or stop work that creates legal, safety, or integrity risks and will handle any refund required by applicable law.

10. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without removing non-waivable rights available where you live. Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by contacting launchlens.global@gmail.com.
