1. Who controls your data

LaunchLens is a trading name of FERNANDO HENRIQUE GIRALDELI SALA LTDA, Brazil. Privacy and data requests may be sent to launchlens.global@gmail.com or by post to our registered business address: Rua Henrique Braglia, 310, APT 11, São Paulo–SP, 02244-000, Brazil.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your business email, website URL, audit goals, preferred language, selected plan, consent choices, and payment reference. We also process order status, delivery history, and the report created for you. Stripe processes card and wallet details; LaunchLens does not store complete card data.

For carefully targeted business outreach, we may research company-level information and public business contact channels. We do not intentionally build lists from sensitive personal data.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare, sell, deliver, and support LaunchLens audits.
• To verify payments, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
• To respond to requests and provide service communications.
• To send marketing only when permitted, based on consent or another lawful business-to-business basis.
• To measure and improve our website, offers, and customer journey.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location and the interaction, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate business interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use providers that help us operate globally, including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites for hosting and storage, and Google for business email. These providers may process data in countries different from yours and apply their own contractual and legal safeguards. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the service.

6. Retention and security

We retain order and accounting records for the periods required by law and keep operational records only while they are needed for service, security, disputes, or legitimate business purposes. Marketing contacts are removed from active outreach when they opt out and retained on a suppression list so the request continues to be respected. We use access controls, protected operational pages, limited data collection, and reputable payment and hosting providers; no system can promise absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To stop commercial email, use our email-preferences page or reply “unsubscribe”. Service and payment messages may still be sent when necessary to fulfill an order.

8. Cookies and changes

Our site may use essential technical storage required for security, forms, and authentication. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice and the relevant choices will be updated. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
